Service Description

Rising Leaders empowers middle and high school students to develop the character, skills, and mindset needed to become influential, ethical, and effective leaders. This dynamic class goes beyond theory to help students discover and strengthen their natural leadership abilities. Students will explore key leadership qualities such as integrity, decision-making, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and vision-setting. Through role-playing scenarios, group projects, case studies of real leaders, reflective discussions, and hands-on challenges, they will practice guiding others, resolving conflicts, and making a positive impact in their communities. With a maximum of just 12 students, each participant benefits from personalized feedback and meaningful interaction in a supportive environment. This class builds confidence, resilience, and the ability to inspire others — skills that will serve students throughout high school, college, and their future careers. Rising Leaders is ideal for students who want to stand out, take initiative, or make a difference in their school and community.
