How to Use Your Charter School Funds
Many of our families use their charter school educational funds to enroll at Going Beyond School. We hold vendor agreements with the charters listed below and are happy to work with your school as an approved vendor whenever your charter allows it.
Charters we have a vendor agreement with
Sutter Peak
Heritage Peak

Simple steps
1. Pick your classes
Browse Join a Class (and the class schedule when published). Note the class name, day (Thursday), time, and price.
2. Talk with your charter / educational facilitator
Ask them to request Going Beyond School as the vendor for those classes. Each charter has its own form — often a purchase order (PO), voucher, or OPS order.
3. We receive the order and invoice your school
Once your charter sends us the approved order, we invoice the school. There is no deposit. When funds are approved, you should not need to pay out of pocket for those classes.
4. Confirm your spot with us
Finish signup on www.goingbeyondschool.com or reply to our confirmation email so we know which Thursday classes your student will attend.
5. Join your class group
After you are enrolled, we invite you to that class's private group on our website so your teacher can share updates and forms. Joining a class group requires approval.
Tips
Start the PO or voucher early — charter approvals can take time. If you are not sure whether we are already on your school's vendor list, ask your facilitator or email us at admin@goingbeyondschool.com.
Paying privately?
You can enroll and pay through Join a Class on the website. There is no deposit. Private-pay families receive a 10% discount. Payment is due at the end of each month for the classes your student is signed up for. Payment is still required when a student misses a class, because their spot was held for them.
