Fun with Music (K-3rd Grade)

Service Description

Classes will be held on 1/25, 1/22, 2/12, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 4/2, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7. Fun With Music is an exciting, hands-on introduction to music designed especially for young learners. In this 12-week course, students will explore the basics of music through playful activities, age-appropriate songs, movement, and musical games. Children will begin to learn foundational music theory—such as rhythm, pitch, and simple notation—while also developing confidence in singing within a group setting. Through engaging lessons and creative exploration, students will build listening skills, teamwork, and a joyful appreciation for music. At the end of the session, families are invited to a special recital and display of student work, showcasing the songs and skills their child has learned. This class is a perfect first step for young musicians and a wonderful introduction to future choir and music opportunities.
